For the 2025 Challenge, CARE is counting on your creativity and strategic thinking to reimagine its corporate employee engagement offerings and strengthen its impact worldwide.
Requirements
Design an actionable plan that addresses the following areas:
• Corporate buy-in: Identify strategies to inspire and sustain corporate employee involvement in CARE's mission for U.S.-headquartered companies
• Innovative engagement models: Propose new scalable, cost-effective virtual and in-person engagement methods that align with CARE's existing structure
• Program growth: Outline a roadmap to grow employee engagement programs, ensuring inclusivity and accessibility across diverse geographies
The main goal of this challenge is to increase fundraising with corporate employees in U.S. organizations and leverage company-sponsored donation programs. Prior engagement examples include a Giving Tuesday campaign hosted by an employee resource group at a Fortune 500 organization and a company-sponsored “Lunch and Learn” series where staff learned more about CARE’s mission.
